Join this unique opportunity to have a structured, holistic, and introspective learning experience with Ishita. This intensive will allow for sequential development and monitored growth through personalized feedback and repetition. If you are looking to be able to track your growth, connect your body to your emotions, and want more detailed feedback/advice to get towards your dance goals, this intensive is for you. The foundation and performance combination will use movement vocabulary from Mayurbhanj chhau, house, hip hop, and bharatanatyam while applying larger intuitive lessons from nature.
