Born in the Bay Area, Sakshi began her dance journey at the age of four, performing and competing as a Bollywood dancer. She studied Kathak for over 10 years, making her solo debut in an evening length show. She trained and taught classes with the Mona Khan Company, where she also received training in a variety of dance forms including jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Through dance, she loves connecting with others, sharing her culture, and telling stories through movement.
